Scope before production
Deliverables, channels, territories, usage periods, publication timing, and the parties using the content should be agreed before production. The final written project agreement governs.
Organic, paid, and extended use
Organic social use may be included in an agreed project scope. Paid advertising, whitelisting, boosting, out-of-home, broadcast, resale, sublicensing, extended territories, and extended periods require specific written approval and may be quoted separately.
Exclusivity and creator likeness
Category exclusivity, competitor restrictions, embargoes, and use of a creator’s name, voice, or likeness should be defined precisely and are not assumed. Exclusivity is quoted separately.
Files, edits, credit, and archiving
Raw files and project files are not automatically included. Permitted crops, edits, captions, credit, delivery format, storage period, and archive availability should be agreed. Content should not be materially altered or used misleadingly outside the agreed scope.
Production expenses and final terms
Travel, accommodation, locations, permits, props, styling, talent, and other production expenses are agreed separately. Final signed terms override every summary on this website.
