Current implementation
GEN WEBKRAFT uses a first-party consent manager so you can allow or refuse optional External Media. Necessary technologies remain active. No advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or marketing cookies are included in the current website.
Necessary
These technologies are required to operate, secure and provide the website and its contact form. They cannot be switched off from Cookie Preferences.
Privacy preference storage
Provider: GEN WEBKRAFT (first-party). The website stores your privacy choice in a first-party cookie named gen_consent. It records whether you allowed or refused External Media, together with a consent version. Approximate lifetime: 6 months. This storage is created when you make a choice, including if you select Only essentials.
Language preference
Provider: GEN WEBKRAFT (first-party). The website may store a language preference in a first-party cookie named gen_locale so the chosen English or Romanian version can be remembered. This is used for language selection, not for optional media.
Cloudflare hosting and security
Provider: Cloudflare. The website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may use technical technologies necessary to host, cache, and protect the site. These are not optional External Media.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Provider: Cloudflare. Turnstile is used on the project inquiry and hospitality date-request forms to help distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. The website loads the Turnstile script when one of these forms is shown, using explicit rendering and server-side verification. Turnstile may process technical browser and security information for that purpose. The website’s Turnstile integration does not enable Pre-clearance and does not create a cf_clearance cookie through this widget. The site does not treat Turnstile as optional External Media, and refusing External Media does not block these forms.
External Media
External Media is optional and disabled until you allow it. You can enable or withdraw it at any time from Cookie Preferences in the footer, or allow it from an Instagram card.
Instagram / Meta embeds
Provider: Meta / Instagram. Purpose: display official Instagram posts and Reels directly on GEN WEBKRAFT. Local preview images are served by GEN WEBKRAFT and do not require this permission. Official Instagram resources, including embed.js and any Instagram iframe, are not requested until External Media is allowed and the Instagram section is initialized. When that content loads, Instagram/Meta may receive information about your browser, device, or request. Exact Meta cookie names are not listed here because they are set by Instagram, not by GEN WEBKRAFT. You can disable External Media later; the site will stop initializing new embeds and return local previews. Withdrawal cannot undo requests already sent.
Technologies not used in this website
The current website does not load Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, a TikTok Pixel, or other advertising trackers. Optional booking embeds are not implemented. If a future booking provider, analytics product, or additional media embed is introduced, it will be classified before it is initialized, and this notice will be updated. A new optional category may also require a new consent version.
How to change your choice
Use Cookie Preferences in the website footer to allow External Media, save a custom choice, or return to Only essentials. A valid stored choice is not asked again on every page load. If the consent configuration changes in a material way, you may be asked again.
