When you send a project inquiry or hospitality date request through the website, we may process information you provide such as:

4. Cloudflare
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, content delivery and security. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website.
The inquiry and date-request forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated or abusive submissions. When Turnstile is enabled, technical browser/security information is processed and a verification result is generated before a submission can be accepted.
Cloudflare may process information through infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area. Where international transfers of personal data occur, applicable transfer safeguards provided by the service provider, such as appropriate contractual mechanisms, may apply.
5. Email delivery through Resend
GEN WEBKRAFT uses Resend to transmit messages submitted through the project inquiry and hospitality date-request forms. When you submit a form, the information contained in that submission may therefore be processed by Resend for the purpose of transmitting the message to GEN WEBKRAFT.
This may include:
- your name;
- contact details;
- project selections;
- project description;
- other information included in your submission.
International processing
Resend may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, international transfers are subject to the safeguards made available under the provider’s applicable data-processing arrangements.
6. External media content
The website contains selected Instagram posts and Reels related to GEN WEBKRAFT, Darius and Valentina. It also displays availability based on server-side free/busy information from a GEN WEBKRAFT Google Calendar. Instagram/Meta and Google remain separate third-party services.
Official Instagram embeds are not initialized until you allow External Media through Cookie Preferences. Local Instagram previews and the availability request form remain available without that optional permission. The availability calendar does not load a Google iframe or Google scripts in your browser.
When you allow External Media, official Instagram content may load in the relevant section. Your browser may then communicate directly with Meta/Instagram. Meta may receive technical and usage information associated with that request, which may include information about your browser, device, IP address and interaction with embedded Instagram content. Meta processes this information according to its own privacy and cookie practices.
You can withdraw External Media permission at any time through Cookie Preferences in the website footer. Withdrawal stops future external-media embed initialization on this website. It cannot undo information already sent to an external provider before withdrawal.
If an Instagram embed cannot be loaded after you have allowed External Media, the website may instead display a local preview and a link to open the content directly on Instagram.

We use certain technical technologies necessary to operate and secure the website, including storage of your privacy choices. Optional external media loads only after you allow External Media. Inquiries that do not become client projects
Personal information relating to an inquiry that does not result in a contractual relationship will normally be retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication.
This allows GEN WEBKRAFT to follow up on genuine inquiries, understand previous discussions if the potential client returns, manage business correspondence, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Information may be deleted sooner where it is no longer needed. It may be retained longer where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or where another legal requirement applies.
Clients and contractual relationships
Where an inquiry results in a contract, relevant information may be kept during the contractual relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax, contractual and legal obligations.
Technical and security information
Technical/security information should be retained only for as long as necessary for website operation, security and abuse prevention, subject also to the retention practices of relevant service providers.

Depending on how you use the website, personal data may be shared with or processed through service providers necessary to operate the website and communicate with you. These currently include:
- Cloudflare — website infrastructure, content delivery, security and Turnstile;
- Resend — transmission of project inquiry emails;
- Meta / Instagram — only after you allow External Media and embedded Instagram content is loaded.
- Google — server-side free/busy availability checks for the GEN WEBKRAFT collaboration calendar; event titles and details are not sent to website visitors.
Other disclosures
Personal data may also be disclosed to professional advisers where necessary, to public authorities where disclosure is required by law, and in connection with the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Some third parties may act as processors for certain services and as independent controllers for other processing. We do not describe every provider automatically as a processor.

Some service providers used by this website operate infrastructure or entities outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers must rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as:

GEN WEBKRAFT does not use information submitted through its project-inquiry form to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on visitors.
Automated technical or anti-abuse mechanisms may be used to help protect the contact form and website. These mechanisms are not used to automatically accept or reject clients or determine commercial terms.
